MIXED USE

Where the city meets the sand, future plans for light trolley lines connecting balboa metro stop village to Garnet are quickly minimizing the need for automobiles. This project mixes open plan apartment units with ocean bay views and public retail space.

With a corner restaurant flanked by small retail units, this mixed use project will take advantage of views, connections to walk-able infrastructure, and ideal solar orientation to optimize energy production. This project is currently in design development phase.
